A study notes business needed to sell and deliver digital content without students printing and sharing the files freely.
We built a custom web app on the Google Drive API. Students order and pay, the admin dashboard surfaces each proof of payment for checking, and approving an order shares the right chapters with that student automatically. Access is view-only and printing is locked at the Drive level.
The result is a full order workflow with almost no manual fulfilment, and more than R100,000 in revenue in under three years.
